Who am I?

I am Gayathri, a copywriter and a content writer as well

No, I am not going to bore you with where I work and all the other ‘boring’ stuff

This is not my resume!

Then who am I?

We all would have met an affable stranger at some point in time!

Well, I am like that ‘affable stranger’.

Tricky question!

I can do a lot of things here, it seems (I am figuring out those, :P)

For starters, I am going to speak about copywriting.

Tips, tricks, all the copywriting-related questions you’re itching to ask someone.

I can hear you saying there are many courses for that!

I can hear you asking, what makes you eligible?

Let me answer:

When I wished to become a copywriter, I didn’t know what a copywriter does.

What is the difference between content writing and copywriting?

What makes a good copywriter?

…. and so on!

My friend said copywriters earn well, so I wanted to become a copywriter!

But soon I realized this:

Good writing abilities ≠ Good copy

So, what did I do?

I learned through mistakes.

No, I am not undermining the value of a good course.

I learned about Copywriting by properly enrolling in a course.

This space will be full of simple copywriting techniques and tips with a dash of practicality.

AKA I am going to use this space to share whatever I learned!

Now that I have established what my SubStack is all about, I have to say one more thing:

Honestly, I can do with some and so does this world :)
